Everything we do rests on that one sentence.
Not as a slogan — as a working principle. Your system already knows how to repair. Most of the time it simply hasn't been given the conditions.
Seven stones, seven centres. The map is not a metaphor — it is where the work is actually done.
Energy healing — also called energy medicine — is a holistic practice based on the understanding that any physical, mental, or behavioral problem has a counterpart in the body's energy system, and can be addressed at that level. Instead of treating a symptom in isolation, it works with body, mind, emotions, stored trauma, and the nervous system together.
You have a keen ability to tap into this inner resource at any time — to address ailments at their source, support immunity and vitality, steady your emotions, and prevent the slow accumulation of stress that becomes illness.
This is not a new idea. For thousands of years, practitioners around the world have activated the body's natural healing processes — balancing Qi, healing touch, sound healing, breathwork, Ayurvedic medicine, shamanic practice, hands-on modalities like Reiki and Chinese reflexology. What's new is that we can now measure some of it.
We are electromagnetic beings. Our cells literally vibrate. An electrical current runs through us, and we are surrounded by a biofield influenced by frequency and vibration. Conventional medicine already relies on this: an EKG reads the heart electrically, an EEG reads the brain. That the body is electric is not controversial. What energy medicine adds is the question of what happens when that current is obstructed — and what becomes possible when it isn't.
The shape, tone, and position of your spine is the same as the shape, tone, and position of your life. When energetic layers come off, you are a new person.
Manon de Veritch
Think of your body like a system: hardware, software, and power. The physical is the hardware — the structure everything runs on. The chemical is the software — the programs and processes running underneath, often without your awareness. The electrical is the power — the current that has to be flowing for either one to actually function.
Pristine hardware, clean software, no power — nothing turns on. All three have to work, together, for the system to run as it was built to.
Structure, posture, breath, the spine. Trapped stress becomes spinal blockage, and blockage becomes pain, inflammation, disease. Release the held tension and the structure reorganizes.
What you take in, and what your body makes in response. A nervous system stuck in threat produces a different chemistry than one at rest. Calm the system and the internal environment changes with it.
The current itself — the biofield, the vibrational layer, your life force. Emotion lives here too: what we call a feeling is energy in motion, and when that charge has nowhere to go, it’s this layer that holds it. This is the layer conventional care rarely touches, and often the one where a long-stuck pattern finally moves.
As humans we inevitably carry stress on all three levels. It accumulates. It settles into the spine, the chemistry, the current. My work is to release what’s trapped there so that natural healing, energetic alignment, and a deep sense of calm and clarity can return.
Come home to your true essence.
No mystique, no performance. Here is the real sequence.
Every treatment is no-touch or light-touch, fully clothed, in a spa-like setting. Nothing is done to you that you haven't understood and agreed to first.
All new healing clients begin with an assessment. What your body is presenting determines which modalities are used — Spinal Flow, Biofield Tuning, Shamanic Reiki, energetic alignment — rather than one fixed technique applied to everyone.
Clients relax into a deep restful state and frequently drift off. That's not you missing the session; that's the central nervous system finally dropping out of vigilance long enough to rebalance. The sleep is the work.
Following a session, most people report immediate relief, a sense of lightness or release, and a sharpened awareness of their own truth and purpose. Some feel it in the body first. Some notice it three days later in how they answer a question they'd been avoiding.
When you are in flow, healing and magic happens — creating ripples in all aspects of your life, and in those you love.

Energy healing soothes the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation, and invites the body back into a state of balance and ease.
By clearing energetic blockages, energy medicine supports the natural flow of vitality — helping to alleviate chronic pain and physical tension.
Gentle energetic therapies like Reiki and Biofield Tuning can reset the body's rhythms, encouraging more restful, restorative sleep.
Energy work nurtures your whole being — body, mind, and spirit — creating space for clarity, vitality, emotional balance, and inner peace.
Western medicine and energy medicine pair beautifully. They are addressing different layers of the same system, and the most resilient clients I work with use both without apology to either.
Clients reduce anxiety and stress through chakra balancing. Others use Qigong-informed work to better tolerate cancer therapy. What they have in common is that they've stopped waiting to be fixed and taken an active role in their own healing.
I will never ask you to leave your physician, discontinue a medication, or delay a diagnosis. If something in a session suggests you need medical attention, I will tell you so plainly.
Embodying the essence of transformation, resilience, and rebirth, the phoenix rises from the ashes stronger and more radiant. Our healing journey often requires us to release what no longer serves us — so we can rise into deeper alignment with our power, purpose, and potential. It represents the sacred cycles of death and renewal that are central to true healing and embodiment.
Look closely and you'll notice the phoenix rises out of a crown, not toward one. That is deliberate. No one is coming to promote you into your own life. The crown was always self-placed.
At Aligned Energy, we guide those who are ready to shed old skins, reclaim their power, and rise — fully embodied and awake. Our blend of energy healing, sexual wellness, and psychospiritual coaching creates a sacred space for deep healing and radical transformation.
This isn't surface-level self-care. It's soul-level remembrance. Here, your nervous system unwinds, your pleasure becomes power, and your energy body realigns with your highest truth.
You were never meant to play small. This is the work that calls your essence forward — and awakens the fire of who you truly are.
The electrical layer — where a long-stuck pattern finally moves
The three pillars are physical, chemical and electrical — the hardware, the software and the power. The physical is structure: posture, breath, the spine. The chemical is what you take in and what your body makes in response. The electrical is the current itself: the biofield, the vibrational layer, your life force.
Pristine hardware and clean software with no power means nothing turns on. All three have to be working, together, for the system to run as it was built to.
Energy healing, also called energy medicine, is a holistic practice based on the understanding that any physical, mental, or behavioral problem has a counterpart in the body's energy system and can be addressed at that level. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it works with the body, mind, emotions, past trauma, and nervous system together to support the body's own capacity to heal.
Humans are electromagnetic. Our cells vibrate, an electrical current runs through us, and we are surrounded by a measurable biofield. Physical, emotional, and chemical stress accumulate as tension in the spine and nervous system, which can contribute to pain, inflammation, and illness.
Energy healing releases that stored tension so the nervous system can settle out of a stress state and the body's natural repair processes can resume.
No — Reiki is one modality within the broader field of energy healing. Others include Spinal Flow, Biofield Tuning, Shamanic Reiki, Qigong, sound healing, breathwork, and Chinese reflexology.
At Aligned Energy, modalities are selected and combined based on what your body is presenting, rather than applying one fixed technique to everyone.
All treatments are no-touch or light-touch, fully clothed, in a spa-like setting. Most clients relax into a deep restful state and often fall asleep, which allows the central nervous system to calm and rebalance.
Afterward, most people report immediate relief, a sense of lightness or release, and a clearer awareness of their own truth and purpose.
Yes, and they pair well — they address different layers of the same system. Clients commonly use energy work to reduce anxiety and stress through chakra balancing, or to support and better tolerate conventional treatment.
Energy healing is complementary care. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Yes. Distance healing is offered as a one-hour remote intuitive healing session. Because the work engages the biofield rather than relying on physical contact, many clients experience remote sessions as comparably deep to in-person work.
It depends on how long the pattern has been held and what you're working toward. All new healing clients begin with an initial assessment, which produces a personalized plan rather than a generic package.
Some people come for acute relief and need only a few sessions. Those unwinding long-held trauma typically work in a series over several months.
Conventional medicine already measures the body electrically — an EKG reads the heart's electrical activity, an EEG reads the brain's. That the body generates and is influenced by electrical and vibrational activity is not in dispute.
Research into specific energy-healing modalities is still developing. The honest position is that the mechanism is better established than the clinical trial base — which is why this is offered as complementary care, and why what clients report is described as experience rather than as cure.
This is a midlife initiation.
There are seven stages to this passage — from the first honest reckoning to full emergence. Most women have never had them named, and can't tell whether what they're feeling is a breakdown or a beginning.
