I know this place because I lived it
For thirty years I built a career in technology. I was strategic, capable, trusted. I advised executives, led transformations, delivered results. By every external measure, I had made it. And I was disappearing.
The woman underneath all of those roles — the one who felt things deeply, who carried desire and vision and a life force that had nowhere to go — she had gone quiet. Not gone. Quiet. Waiting.
Leaving that career was not a breakdown. It was an act of devotion to myself. The most radical thing I had ever done. And it cracked me open in ways I did not expect — into grief I had not named, into pleasure I had forgotten was mine, into a sovereignty I had been circling my entire life without knowing what to call it.

Is this a midlife crisis program?
No — and that distinction is the heart of the work. We treat what most call a midlife crisis as a midlife initiation: a natural, meaningful threshold with a map.
The restlessness, exhaustion, and hunger for more are not symptoms to fix. They are the beginning of the work.
What is The Surrender Method?
The Surrender Method is Manon de Veritch's signature approach, combining somatic and energy healing modalities — Spinal Flow® Technique, Shamanic Reiki, and Erotic Blueprint® coaching — with parts work and direct transformational conversation, organized around seven stages of midlife initiation.
How long is the program and how does it work?
The journey spans twelve months, moving through all seven stages at the pace of your readiness.
It is held one-to-one with Manon in a private container, virtually, with the modalities shifting as each stage requires.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. The Sovereign Woman Rising is transformational coaching and energy healing — complementary to, not a replacement for, therapeutic or medical care.
Applicants carrying significant trauma history are asked to have therapeutic support in place alongside this work.
How do I join?
Enrollment is by written application followed by a live exploratory conversation with Manon — a real session, not a sales call.
